Trimm was born out of a firmly held belief that no woman deserves to feel inadequate, overwhelmed, or unsure of herself. Mary Beth's compassion for women and her love for fashion has inspired her to create a unique way of personal styling, that she calls The Trimm Process. 

The Trimm Process exists to serve women by walking them through a deep discovery of personal style, by showing them how to care for and curate a wardrobe that adds value to their life, and by teaching them to forever shop with clarity and intention in a world where options cloud the best decisions. Most of all Trimm exists to give the best gift of all – self confidence.
